Enterprise Account Executive

Klarity automates document-centric workflows in Order-to-Cash for customers like OpenAI, Cloudflare and DoorDash. We’ve started an AI company in 2017 and are capitalizing heavily on the recent boom - we’re one of the few enterprise-ready products that solve actual business problems for accounting and operations. We’re customers automate processes that were previously possible to be only done by humans to unlock new experiences - orders get processed in minutes instead of hours or days. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with enterprise clients while also working with our install base to expand our current customers’ adoption of GenAI with Klarity. You will leverage your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales and understanding of enterprise needs within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to position Klarity effectively and deliver value to our customers.

Who are we looking for:

  • Someone who is maniacally focused on two things: (1) generating leads, and (2) closing opportunities. 

  • Someone who is 99th percentile in the following:

    • Prospecting into named accounts  to identify manual processes that Klarity can automate;

    • Identifying and qualifying the right leads/people to work with;

    • Engaging in a consultative sales process conversations with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business challenges, goals, and objectives;

    • Value-based selling;

    • Post-sale account management and relationship building to drive upsell and cross-sell. 

  • Sell the value of Klarity and demonstrate how it addresses the specific needs and pain points in the Order-to-Cash enterprise landscape.

  • Collaborate closely with the partnership and marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, campaigns, and initiatives.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale account management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, organizational structures, and decision-making dynamics.

  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation concepts, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and senior leaders.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Proficiency in SFDC.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
