Position Title: Senior Director, AI Creative Production

Reports to: SVP, Creative Production

Role Description and Expectations

We’re looking to add talented AI-powered artists to our incredible team of innovative creative craftspeople. The primary focus of this role is Generative AI craft and creative production. We’re looking for someone with advanced skills as an AI-powered artist. You'll be instrumental in crafting stunning visuals for our advertising campaigns across various formats. You'll work closely with our creative teams to interpret briefs, translate them into effective AI prompts, and refine the outputs to achieve maximum impact.

This role will involve both creating content directly as well as coaching and supervising others to ensure the highest standards of quality are met on a consistent basis across the team. In this role you will have full-time and freelance direct reports that you will mentor and support in areas such as skills development, career growth, day-to-day time management, project staffing & resourcing, general well-being and engagement and many other areas.

As part of our team, your talents will be leveraged to assist in managing the identification and evaluation of new and evolving AI creative technologies and working with leadership to develop integration and adoption strategies. In addition, your skills will be applied to a wide variety of content types both for our healthcare and pharmaceutical clients as well as for Klick internal marketing. This includes everything from online ads and promotions, social posts, television commercials, sizzle reels, pitch work, interviews, short film or documentary-style stories and testimonials, event coverage, learning and informational content, and much more. Needless to say, we’re looking for someone versatile and adaptable.

You’ll be joining a top-notch team that is fun, dynamic, collaborative,  and full of passion for our craft and the opportunity that comes with innovation. While the position offers the potential for a remote working arrangement, ideally the role involves some in-person engagement with the broader Klick team as well.

• Develop compelling prompts for AI image generation platforms (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) to generate visual content for real and imaginative advertising concepts
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, ECDs, Creative Directors and Art Directors to brainstorm, refine concepts, and ensure AI outputs align with campaign goals
• Generate high-resolution visuals that meet advertising specifications and aesthetic requirements
• Troubleshoot and refine prompts when initial outputs don't meet expectations
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI art tools and techniques to optimize workflow and enhance output quality
• Maintain an efficient workflow to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality assets
• Track and analyze relevant metrics to understand the performance of AI-generated visuals in ad campaigns

• Dynamic storytelling & presentation abilities, able to confidently present your work
• Solid interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including clients and agency leadership

• You are no stranger to pressure and work confidently and independently through difficult situations

• Passion for innovation in digital arts and a strong interest in AI advertising technology

• Must have robust and proven experience wielding Midjourney & DALL-E, as well as emerging experience with other AI tools and platforms for the creative arts & production
• Strong understanding of digital image composition, resolution, and design principles
• Proficient in: Adobe After Effects. Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve prompt-related issues with adaptability

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is an asset but not a requirement

• 4+ years of industry experience in Generative AI, with 3+ years leading organization-wide projects with multiple stakeholders
• 6-9+ years of experience agency experience
• Experience working with clients in life sciences and pharma is an asset
