We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join Klue! Could it be you? š
The Director of Revenue Operations at Klue is a player-coach role with big impact. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing revenue-related processes, aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams, while driving revenue growth through data insights and strategic planning.
This role is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives and strategy, overseeing systems and data administration, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.

What You'll Do:
Optimize GTM Processes - This involves developing go-to-market strategies, streamlining the customer lifecycle, and improving sales processes
Drive Efficiency Through Automation and Technology - Evaluating and implementing tools and systems to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance productivity
Ensure Data Integrity - Overseeing data administration, implementing data governance policies, conducting regular audits, and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
Collaborate Across Teams - Working with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and other teams to centralize information, share insights, and bridge operations
Lead Revenue Optimization - Identifying revenue opportunities, finding efficiencies, analyzing marketing strategies, and collaborating with company leaders to strategize and implement business initiatives
Own Deal Desk - Ā Ensure all contracts are itemized and entered correctly in the CRM, and facilitate discussion with revenue teams over new and renewal deal pipeline performance against targets
Forecast Revenue - Building revenue forecasts, managing dashboards, and communicating business goals with teams to drive revenue growth
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience in GTM Operations roles and partnering with GTM leaders
Sales & Marketing Understanding - A deep knowledge of sales and marketing principles to align efforts towards revenue goals.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Technical Expertise - Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data analytics software, and other relevant tools to enhance productivity.
Communication & Leadership - Strong communication skills to convey strategies clearly across teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
Strategic Thinking - Future-oriented mindset to anticipate decisions' impact on the organization and drive revenue growth initiatives
High level of Motivation & Delivery-Focus - Youāre ambitious. Nothing feels better than getting sh*t done.
Bonus if you have experience with:
HubSpot or similar CRM Platforms.
Marketing Automation Platforms.
Salesloft or Outreach.
ZoomInfo, or similar data providers.
Data analytics tools
How We Work at Klue:
Hybrid. Best of both worlds (remote & in-office)
We have a great, centrally-located office in Vancouver
You and your team will be in office at least 2 days per week.
Total Compensation & Benefits:
Time off. Take what you need. We want the team to prioritize wellness and avoid burnout. Vacation usually falls into 3 categories: recharging, life-event, & keeping a work-life balance. Just ensure the required work gets done and clear it with your team in advance. You need to take at least two weeks off every year. The average Klue team member takes 2-4 weeks of PTO per year.
