Marketing Coordinator

STARC Systems/ Marketing Coordinator/ Brunswick, Maine 

 

STARC Systems, a globally recognized leader in industrial temporary modular wall systems, is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Marketing team in Brunswick, Maine

 

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical support role executing our quarterly advertising insertion plans and supporting tradeshow marketing and sponsorships.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a fine eye for detail and project management.  This is a unique opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing marketing team and lead growth in a new category.

Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or Communications. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising, events, agency or equivalent. 
  • Strong communications and project management skills with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Strong deadline management, organization skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting workloads, concurrent projects and deadlines 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and marketing project management tools like monday.com
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology - Hubspot and Wordpress a plus. 


Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Paid Media team members to select and secure trade media advertising programs  
  • Develop and manage project plans for Ad creative and design to ensure deadlines met and insertions complete. 
  • Proactively find new sponsorship and speaking opportunities for maximum exposure and ROI from advertising and event-based campaigns. 
  • Oversee and execute annual tradeshow plans 
  • Serve as point of contact for external association partnerships/sponsorship programs 
  • Support set-up and tracking mechanisms for Advertising measurement.
