STARC Systems, a globally recognized leader in industrial temporary modular wall systems, is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join their Marketing team in Brunswick, Maine

 

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Manager of Demand Generation will play a critical role in building awareness and generating pipelines for direct-to-end user construction markets. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with endless curiosity and constantly looking to turn insights into new actions that optimize our marketing investment. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing marketing team for a faster-growing provider to the construction market

Requirements for the Senior Manager, Demand Generation:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital marketing, Business or equivalent. Advanced degree a plus. 
  • 7-10 years of demand generation, paid media and/or digital marketing experience.  
  • 3+ years of SEM/PPC specific experience, additional SEO experience is a plus 
  • Demonstrated experience managing seven figure advertising budget.  
  • Deep knowledge of ad platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube, distributed ad networks/DMPs) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, SF Marketing Cloud or equivalent).  
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
  • Strong analytical thinking, balanced with creativity and detail oriented 


Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Demand Generation:
  • Develop annual paid media plans and budget allocations in support of pipeline generation 
  • Own monthly and quarterly leads, meeting, and pipeline targets 
  • Oversee and execute paid advertising campaigns in in trade media, paid search, paid social, ad networks, programmatic, OTT/CTV, and other push campaign tactics.  
  • Build, execute, and optimize demand gen campaigns 
  • Buyer journey mapping in support of cross-tactic campaigns 
  • Work cross functionally to align sales and marketing campaign efforts 
  • Monitor and analyze monthly/quarterly Ad performance, conversion, ROI and lead results; turn insights into continuous improvement actions across the media plan. 
  • Work with content, product marketing and design teams to generate and leverage existing content in support of lead programs  
  • Implement continuous CRO testing plan to eliminate friction points and improve conversion  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology and agency partners
