Creative Entertainment Director

This position is responsible for overseeing the development, production, and operational aspects of entertainment and special events. The role involves leading and managing the entertainment team, ensuring high standards of performance, and guiding the development of new show and special event products. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with other park departments and corporate entertainment teams to create new business opportunities and unique guest experiences.• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Theatre Management, Themed Entertainment Management, Technical Production.• At least 10 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience required.• Strong knowledge of all aspects of theatre and live entertainment operations/production/technical background• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
