Business Development Program Director (Hybrid)
KnowBe4, a provider of security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, is looking for a Business Development Program Director to work closely with the EVP and VPs in Global Business Development to manage new initiatives.
Skills
- Deep understanding of Project Methodologies
- Experience in managing medium to large programs
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Create and implement documentation for best practice standards in Business Development
- Manage program management tools for efficiency
- Build project plans for new initiatives
- Identify process and procedure changes for business development
- Lead and manage complex Business Development programs
- Drive the creation of global sales training programs
- Establish Business Development meetings with dashboards
- Oversee achievement of global business development objectives
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
