Skills

Deep understanding of Project Methodologies
Experience in managing medium to large programs
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Create and implement documentation for best practice standards in Business Development
Manage program management tools for efficiency
Build project plans for new initiatives
Identify process and procedure changes for business development
Lead and manage complex Business Development programs
Drive the creation of global sales training programs
Establish Business Development meetings with dashboards
Oversee achievement of global business development objectives
