Customer Marketing Specialist
KnowBe4 is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to drive customer growth and retention through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and advocacy.
Skills
- Experience in marketing and communications
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop customer marketing campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments
- Stimulate and curate review activity on review sites
- Manage customer review platforms and optimize features
- Design campaigns to increase customer participation in advocacy activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
