Responsibilities

  • Forge relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop strategies for achieving customer objectives
  • Assess customer’s security maturity level
  • Manage the onboarding process effectively
  • Monitor customer usage and health metrics
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with customers
  • Coordinate renewals with Renewal Specialist
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience

Education

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
