International Employee Experience Specialist (EMEA)

KnowBe4 is seeking an International Employee Experience Specialist to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires in the EMEA region. This role emphasizes cultural responsiveness and inclusion in a rapidly evolving workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual onboarding programs for new hires in EMEA
  • Assist with engaging onboarding sessions for Americas employees
  • Oversee the entire new hire journey from pre-boarding to post-onboarding
  • Manage onboarding documentation and training setups
  • Coordinate background screening processes globally
  • Execute employee experience events to enhance company culture
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires in EMEA
  • Track new hire lunch budgets in regional currencies
  • Setup and monitor time clocks for new hires
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of the annual internship program

Education

  • Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
