The Knowledge Manager is responsible for setting and implementing the internal and external knowledge management strategy for DASA(DES). You will identify, capture, and organize valuable knowledge associated with the DASA(DES) organization, gather information from various sources, and structure it in a way that is easily accessible and understandable. Set the strategy for how knowledge is shared and stored internally as well as externally, focused on core customer needs as the foundation for this strategy. Develop and implement processes and tools to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among task areas and facilitate the transfer of knowledge from experienced members to newer or less experienced teammates.
