Client Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Client Partnership Manager to function as a key member of Kochava's Client Partnerships team. Our industry is challenging, dynamic, fun, and provides almost unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth. As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our key clients, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption, ensuring product utilization, and managing contract renewals to ensure overall account success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic clients across multiple industries.
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the entire client portfolio and ability to actively identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Maintain a portfolio P&L with a drive toward margin and top line growth, including renegotiation of customer contracts to ensure profitability and account health.
  • Gain a deep understanding of all of Kochava’s products and how they relate to the clients needs.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of each clients’ business and identify areas of opportunity for providing value-added business solutions.
  • Leverage strong technical and industry knowledge to provide consistent messaging to clients.
  • Monitor industry and company news to determine future trends and proactively support any of your clients future needs.
  • Manage reporting to gauge account and portfolio health.
  • Perform on-site business reviews for clients’ executive team.
  • Meet regularly with each client to understand their needs and ensure constant communication.
  • Support client onboarding from the sales cycle to technical handoff, ensure knowledge transfer on accounts between teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, client success, marketing, and product development to ensure continuity of communication with our clients as well maintain an overall healthy partnership.
  • Ensure complete and timely entry of information into Salesforce.
  • Monthly travel may be required


Experience/Skills Required
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at both the operator and executive level.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and the digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in client relationship management, account management, customer support, sales, or growth marketing required, preferably in the ad tech industry.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in mobile user acquisition and growth, ad buying with an agency background, ad sales with a large publisher/network, CTV/OTT ad publishing, or other direct industry experience relevant to the ad-tech industry and Kochava’s clients.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to proactively exceed customer expectations is required.
  • Familiarity with mobile technology, advertising technology, and data management software.
  • Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Excel.
  • General understanding of the ad-tech industry required.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.


Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasn’t readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
