Junior Data Scientist Cohort

Koddi is excited to announce a Junior Data Science training program geared towards recent graduates with an advanced degree in statistics, computer science, operational research, engineering or related field! The Koddi Cohort Program is an intensive 8-week training program that includes all aspects of Engineering at Koddi. In addition to technical training during this program, we will also provide instructor-led and self-paced leadership development opportunities. 

Once you have completed the program, we will work with you and leaders throughout the organization to place you on a specific team where you can immediately apply what you learned throughout the program, while continuously learning and growing your career with us.

• Work with industry-leading experts to gain hands-on knowledge and experience
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Koddi business 
• Opportunity to share and present ideas with team members
• Leadership workshops and soft skill development
• Executive Mentorship and peer-to-peer support throughout the program

• Masters or PhD degree in statistics, computer science, operational research, engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning / predictive  analytics (e.g. regression, deep learning, causal inference, mathematical optimization)
• Experience with Python, Spark, and SQL
• Graduation/completion date no later than May 2025
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn 
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration
• Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office
• Availability to work Full Time after the training program
