You’ll ensure that our content is aligned with educational standards and curricula and meets the diverse learning needs of students. This role will predominantly support Kognity’s NGSS-based High School product.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • 📊 Assess our pedagogical approach to supporting education to ensure alignment with learning design standards and frameworks, specifically NGSS.

  • 🌐 Define and codify our catalogue of learning design strategies; principles, flows, and different components.

  • 🧑‍🏫 Define and structure our learning design process to ensure a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and creativity, including active engagement with our customers.

  • 🛠️ Conduct generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods; defining, planning, executing, analysing, and communicating insights.

🚀 Requirements:

  • 💻 Strong familiarity with NGSS and inquiry-based learning, either as a teacher or as a Learning Experience Designer for NGSS curricula.

  • 🌐 Experience designing instructional materials and strategies that meet the needs of K-12 learners within NGSS curricula, including differentiation, assessment, and evaluation.

  • 🚀 Collaboration and communication skills: The ability to work effectively with educators, administrators, parents, and students, as well as communicate complex ideas and information clearly and concisely.
