Work Mode: RemoteLocation: RemoteOpportunityThe Sr. Market Analyst, Data Science is responsible for omni channel marketing analytics. This associate will be a key resource in understanding point of sale data of customers, and deep dive analysis of sales trends influenced by marketing. He/she will be the data owner for Retail/Etail, wholesale and Direct to consumer (DTC) business channels and effectively communicate the insights gained from analysis to broader organization. He/she will also connect disparate data sources to form a cohesive and unified analysis from marketing platforms to site visitors to sale.Specific Responsibilities• Actively contribute to marketing discussions to support hypothesis testing including test design, implementation, and analysis.• Compile information, develop correlations on historical data, run regression analysis and have ability to measure marketing impact on key KPIs across various business channels.• Develop and maintain interactive reporting dashboards using existing reporting tools and Excel to communicate performance updates on key metrics and channels (i.e. paid, organic, and owned)• Ability to understand MMM/MTA/Incrementality testing/causal impact measurements and draw relevant conclusions.• Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to appropriate managers.• Ability to manipulate data in a fast-paced environment to gather quick insights, visualize the data and generate interactive reports and dashboards.• Conduct Matched Marketing testing and A/B testing to understand the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing pilots.• Have a strong statistical background and keen analytical mind to provide insights from large and varied omni channel data sets to understand the significant impact on sales and web traffic due to different media tactics.Skills/Requirements• Requires a Master’s degree in data and analytics or related field with a minimum of 3 years hands on experience.• Understanding of the marketing funnel, return on ad spend (ROAS), onsite and off-site media targeting, and online and offline sales is a must.• Must possess substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and with marketing agencies.• Preferred knowledge in visualization tools preferably Power bi, statistical platforms like R, Python, strong SQL skills and Microsoft applications like Excel, Power Point and Word.• Experience with Marketing platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, Incrementality analyses, media mix modeling is a must.• Experience with customer journey mapping and segmentation is preferred but not required.• Travel to Conferences, and customer visits as needed, approximately 25% annually.We will consider applicants requiring sponsorship for this opportunity.The salary range for this position is $83,300 - $105,200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
