Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) | B2B Content Creation

HOLOEYE works together with several distributors around the globe. The challenge of marketing is the promotion of specialized products in the field of technical optics in need of explanation. The main instruments are direct promotion at trade shows and conferences, and web-based sales support.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a:

Marketing Specialist | B2B Content Creation (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin-Adlershof | Remote: 20% | Fulltime

You will support our marketing team in a B2B environment, initially with a focus on video content generation and social media. You have either a background in media design (e.g. Mediengestalter/in Digital und Print) or marketing with skills in generation of images, graphics, and video content.

Klaus von Günner is leading the Marketing department, currently supported by a part-time colleague. He is known for his pragmatic & fair leadership and appreciates a proactive, creative and goal-oriented working style.

Tools

• Visual: u. a. Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop and InDesign
• Video: Adobe Premiere & After Effects
• 3D Creation: Blender 3D
• WordPress: Elementor
• Presentation & Social Media Posts: Canva
• Administration: MS-Office, Jira & Confluence

Your Tasks

• Generation of video content: e.g. explainer or promotional videos
• Management of social media accounts: e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube
• Creation of product photos
• Website maintenance: E.g. updating content, generating news posts, maintaining reference database
• Creation, update and production handling of print materials: e.g. brochures, roll-up banner, product & related material (e.g. packaging)

• Experiences in video creation as well as in generating images & graphics
• Fluency in English, German-speaking skills would be a plus
• Background in marketing is welcome
