If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, IT Financial Management to join our Finance & Accounting organization.Responsibilities:• Lead the development plans and strategies for developing reporting that capture the firm's technology and data operating expenses, and are used for strategic decisions• Direct the service costing function from the requirements gathering phase through implementation and enhancements; define both product and service catalogs for the organization across the functions and BPG, architect cost capture using cost centers, general ledger accounts, and legal entities; oversee the processing and automation of allocations; represent IT Costs to senior leadership• Configure cost resource towers through allocation mapping between financials, infrastructure, and applications and develop plans for implementation of upgrades or enhancements to the application• Produce relevant deliverables including objectives, requirements, risks, status reports, and issue logs to IT operations and direct staff• Develop the process and management of diagnosing and resolving problems reported by user community• Organize, lead, and participate in technical related meetings with team members and technical representatives; provide technical coordination, from design through implementation, with users, project managers, internal support groups, and vendor personnelQualifications:• Minimum fifteen years of recent experience as technical lead of service costing applications or tools within a large corporate environment• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience• Extensive Experience with financial management tools such as Apptio, Servicenow, SAP, Oracle, Qlikview or similar tools; solid experience with SaaS solutions, Web based tools, HTML, SQL, and XML• Experience leading successful mid to large sized service costing implementations from requirements through implementation• Ability to coordinate and influence technical leads and support personnel, to troubleshoot where necessary, and to assist in collaboration on firmwide standards• Capability to successfully create and transmit technical design into implemented functional ITKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
