If you’re as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Alliance Strategy & Operations to join our Advisory, Sales Operations organization.Responsibilities:• Assist Alliance team with key go to market tasks including helping Sales Leader with the creation of sales and marketing collateral• Support pipeline hygiene management, pipeline reviews, Market EDGE discipline and Quarterly Business Review preparation and follow-up• Aid Sales Relationship Directors with territory management (that is, leverage existing knowledge of KPMG resources to establish target accounts within MAP/Market/Priority account tiers); help accelerate SAP pipeline generation within the Deal Advisory Services/Advisory Market Leaders/Market Relationship Directors• Work with Sales Leader on programmatic changes specific to SAP Alliance, manage initiatives (such as, SAP Partner Edge Sell/Cloud Choice Flex)• Optimize new communications processes (such as Pre-DRB pods, weekly cadence with Consulting Sector Leaders, Advisory Market Leader/Market Relationship Directors, SAP specific campaign designations, and executive summary updates)• Help with custom reporting, tracking Engage while reporting discrepancies and take actionQualifications:• Minimum four years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or professional experience• Experience in SAP and supporting alliances and working with a services practice preferred• Recent experience with organizing and managing projects or workstreams; ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization and strong written and verbal communication skills• Able to quickly detect performance improvement opportunities and recommend solutionsKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
