The opportunity:
  • The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, needs-based learning solutions across the business. This role requires both strategic and operational thinking, as well as the design and implementation of internal upskilling opportunities.


Day to Day you will:
  • Partner with divisional stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver training solutions by building a deep understanding of the business’s strategies, goals, challenges, and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with the wider People and Inclusion team to align on learning and development opportunities and deliverables.
  • Facilitation of internal learning solutions to varied audiences.
  • Ensure learning activities align with current and future business needs. Where gaps exist, propose relevant learning solutions.
  • Provide effective reporting on learning and development metrics and return on investment.


What you'll bring to our team:
  • 7+ years L&D and/or OD consultant experience
  • Strong team leadership and coaching experience
  • Experience working with online platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the business.
  • Be a self-starter with a high level of energy, drive, personal resilience and motivation.
  • Ability to always demonstrate confidentiality, and professionalism
