The opportunity:
  • As a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist you will build, support and maintain M365 and SharePoint environments. You will design and develop solutions for internal stakeholders using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and various other Microsoft 365 technologies. The Microsoft 365 Support Specialist will also act as a technical liaison between business units, ITS and the Service Desk to coordinate project tasks and provide technical support.


Day to day you will:
  • Support the SharePoint and M365 environments.
  • Design, develop and support modern business solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform and related M365 technologies.
  • Support and provide expertise within ITS and the wider business on M365 and SharePoint technologies and best practices.
  • Assist with Global compliance and Internal Audit reviews and processes.
  • Improve and document the technical processes around M365 and SharePoint.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Service Desk team members.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Provide L2/L3 support on M365 technologies


What you'll bring to the team:
  • A minimum of 3 years practical experience in maintaining, supporting and working in M365, Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
  • Experience developing Power Platform (Low-Code/No-Code) solutions.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive and their integration with the wider Microsoft stack.
  • Experience working with PowerShell scripts and ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Practical experience with development languages (html, xml, json) is preferred.
