Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative technology solutions. Utilize your expertise in fullstack development to deliver efficient and effective solutions for client needs. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions and processes. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support and guidance as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Collaborate with project managers to provide updates and progress reports on projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to increase efficiency and productivity. Act as a subject matter expert for fullstack development and provide guidance to other team members. Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
