If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, User Success Manager in Deal Advisory and Strategy Analytics for our Deal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary contact for internal users, assisting them in effectively utilizing our analytics and AI-enabled applications to achieve strategic business outcomes• Facilitate user adoption of new apps by conducting training sessions, creating user guides, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth integration into daily workflows• Proactively engage with users to collect feedback on app functionality and user experience, and collaborate with the development team to inform improvements or the creation of new features• Identify and recommend existing internal tools and applications that align with user needs, enhancing their data, analytics, and AI capabilities• Monitor user engagement and app performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase adoption rates and user satisfactionQualifications:• Minimum three years of recent experience in a customer success, user support, or client service role, preferably within the technology, analytics, or AI sectors• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field• Proven track record of improving product adoption and user satisfaction in a technology-oriented environment• Strong familiarity with analytics, data visualization tools, and AI technologies, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical users• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train users of varying skill levels• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, preferably in consulting, deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate strategy services• Willingness and ability to travel as needed• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
