If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director of Corporate Affairs to join our Advisory practice.Responsibilities:• Lead planning and execution of internal change and employee engagement communications• Work closely with executive director of Advisory Communications to develop and implement a communications strategy focused on shaping, advancing and protecting reputation to drive forward the priorities of the firm's Consulting business• Build trusted relationships with Advisory and Consulting leadership and serve as primary relationship manager to provide counsel on communications strategies, opportunities and issues; bring forward new ideas and innovative approaches based on an understanding of the business and market landscape• Oversee robust reputation-building campaigns that incorporate media relations, content strategy, thought leadership and executive visibility, support Consulting Leadership Team members with strategic messaging and communications materials for both internal and external audiences• Manage, coach and source developmental opportunities for direct reports; collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, Marketing, HR, and others) to drive integrated communications efforts for priority business initiatives and go-to-market campaigns• Define and establish best practice systems and processes for measuring communications programs and monitoring progress to drive successful outcomes; align communications efforts with wider Advisory and firm-wide communications to ensure consistency, and partner with other leaders across the Corporate Affairs team to drive the broader firm strategy forwardQualifications:• Minimum ten years of recent experience working in communications, with a strong track record of working with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, public relations, business or related field• Proven experience in setting and executing integrated communications strategies• Exceptional writing skills for internal and external audiences; excellent project management skills with keen attention to detail• Demonstrated record of leading, coaching and inspiring high performing teams• Ability to thrive, multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
