If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Price Intelligence to join our Growth and Strategy organization.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain practice-facing and leadership level dashboard and data visualizations in support of the overall vision of the P&CE and firmwide growth, including actioning methods of visualizing pricing-related information, data curation and cleansing, leveraging Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL to build out dashboards for firmwide consumption, and maintaining dashboards and data visualization tools• Lead x-functional sessions with F&A and EDS to build data automations and integration points into KPMG systems• Manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts• Coordinate with x-functional teams and stakeholders, drive and create deliverables as well as understand how the effort ties into overall strategic goals• Drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamicsQualifications:• Minimum three years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required• Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated career path acceleration• Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership; ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism• Experience with pricing strategy and program implementations; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), with working knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBIKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
