Join our Financial Investigation Unit (FIU) and start shaping the future of financial compliance in the crypto industry! The FIU plays a vital role in ensuring that Kraken meets its regulatory requirements by utilizing cutting edge tools and techniques. to detect, prevent and report suspicious financial activity. We protect Kraken and the crypto industry from bad actors to drive mainstream adoption of cryptocurrency and the technology.

The opportunity:
Efficiently and accurately input Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) / Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) data into various government websites.
Review SAR/STR data for accuracy and completeness
Check data contained in SAR/STR against internal databases to confirm accuracy
Manage case queues and provide timely responses to all stakeholders
Effectively communicate with investigators and other stakeholders
Provide quality control (QC) feedback on investigators work product
Conduct translation of SAR/STR from English to local language
Effectively navigate various government website portals
Skills you should HODL:
Foreign language proficiency in French or Polish.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work rapidly in a changing regulatory environment
Highly organized, operationally astute and data-oriented
Ability to understand crypto related terms and activity
Ability to understand compliance related terms and methodologies
