Web Full-Stack React & Express.js Lead Engineer (Remote, Latam)

We are headquartered in Miami, FL with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners in the US market of all sizes and verticals. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Full Stack Engineer that is well-versed in React and Express.js and is located in Latin America. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.
We are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on frontend
work. - Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS/HTML.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL for BFF development.
- Proven experience building and scaling B2C e-commerce platforms.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, including responsive and interactive design
patterns. - Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
- Knowledge of testing tools like Jest or Mocha.
- Proficiency in Git and Agile workflows
- Strong agile/scrum development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with design systems, animation, and dynamic UI elements (e.g. swatches,
carousels, filters, etc.). - Familiarity with Docker and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with performance profiling and frontend optimization techniques.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and internationalization.
