Manage a team of trade professionals across multiple jurisdictions. Work with Trade Compliance Program Director to administer a global trade compliance team. Licensed Customs Broker.CompensationThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different appliable compensation range for the following work locations:California: $128,400 to $266,040Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880New York City: $140,040 to $266,040Washington DC: $128,400 to $243,960This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, vision and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.Who You AreRequired Skills and Experience• Trade Regulations Experience with 10+ years in a trade compliance position.• Significant experience with DOS, DOC, OFAC, and US Customs regulations.• Certification: Licensed Customs Broker• Education: Master’s Degree• Specialized knowledge of multiple areas within U.S. Government regulations and business practices.• Ability to analyze and solve highly complex problems. Ability to apply U.S./EU Government regulatory requirements in complex scenarios.• Experience with encryption and encryption controls.• Ability to conduct and manage audits and assessments and disclosures.• Lead all aspects of global and regional procedures, conduct regular assessments, and develop training programs.• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to trade economic sanctions, as well as export and import controls.• Engage with internal business partners as it relates to risk management.• Liaise with U.S. government agencies, industry partners, trade functions, and internal/external counsel as needed.• Responsible for trade compliance to support the discovery, development, resale and commercialization of equipment and services.• Ability to analyze and solve highly complex problems.
