Kyo is a leading provider of child-centric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, seeking a motivated Hourly Behavior Analyst to develop individualized treatment plans for children and teens.

Responsibilities

Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
Supervise Kyo’s Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
Conduct observations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Communicate client behavior plans and progress with families and staff.
Design and deliver training to parents and staff.

Education

MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
