Responsibilities
Direct client programs and manage ABA services implementation.
Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
Conduct observations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Communicate progress and collaborate with families, teachers, and staff.
Deliver training to parents and professionals.
Attend client and staff meetings.
Education
MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
