Kyo is a leading provider of therapy for individuals with autism, seeking a Senior Program Supervisor to lead and mentor clinical staff in the implementation of ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

Provides training and mentoring to clinical staff.
Guides coordination of care with other professionals.
Conducts Functional Analyses and Behavior Assessments.
Delivers corporate training and feedback on improvements.
Partners with consultants in managing regional needs.
Designs clinical training to enhance staff skills.
Checks treatment plans for data accuracy.
Facilitates team meetings and prepares necessary reports.
Collaborates with IEP teams for student progress tracking.

Education
