The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic and seasoned Principal Consultant Manager to play a key role in taking our technology consulting practice to new heights! This esteemed position is designed for a senior-level professional with 6 to 15 years of experience in the industry and a proven knack for leading and nurturing successful teams.

In this role, you'll not only be at the helm of a talented team of consultants, but you'll also actively develop and mentor junior members, helping them build the skills necessary to thrive in their careers. Plus, you'll be responsible for driving revenue streams that can reach up to £1 million annually, so a strategic and analytical approach to business development and client relationships will be key.

This position is perfect for someone who genuinely loves leadership and is dedicated to empowering others. We're looking for a creative thinker who can deliver impactful technology solutions that meet and exceed our clients' evolving needs. Your ability to lead by example, inspire your team, and create a collaborative atmosphere of excellence will be crucial for our consulting practice's success.

• Significant experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both contract and permanent technology roles, demonstrating measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the technology market and its nuances.
• Desirable to have proficiency in additional languages.
• Proven experience and success in various sourcing methodologies and headhunting senior technology candidates.
• Ability to effectively navigate various job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
• A track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships.
• Consistent success in achieving billings within a recruitment agency environment.
• Possess a blend of ambition, resilience, and a commitment to fostering a supportive workplace.
