Job Details
Summary:
Supports TEG6S manufacturing through assisting Lab and Engineering Technician's and management in completing assigned tasks. Key areas of responsibility involve safety and quality assessments, reagent handling and preparation, schedule attainment, staff training, and continuous improvement.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Checks lab equipment to assure they stay in calibration requirements
- Completes all documentation assigned for TEG6S production
- Disposes of used materials in accordance with appropriate safety procedures
- Maintains safe and clean work environment
- Operates equipment such as but not limited to spotting platforms, bench top lab equipment and production close out equipment.
- Participates in audits and validation when necessary
- Assists in the preparation of laboratory solutions
- Records required data for production and R+D assigned tasks
- Acts as team lead in the absence of Laboratory Technician
- Escalates safety, quality or manufacturing concerns to the required personnel
- Supports training of others in proper and safe use of TEG6S manufacturing equipment and procedures.
- Completes assigned tasks from Supervisor and/or management.
Candidate Education:
H.S. Diploma - Required
Candidate Experience:
Laboratory experience/training - required
