Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Urology team, the Associate Territory Manager, UroPathway they are expected to market, promote, sell, and support Laborie products and services specific to the Core Urology market, specifically UroPathway. This position assists in building Laborie’s business in assigned territory, while preparing for future opportunity to assume a position as Territory Manager.
 
About the Role:
  • Meet or exceed performance objectives and assigned sales goals, while becoming an expert on the product portfolio and the full Laborie product line to effectively assist customers with basic needs and locating the appropriate sales representative.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, and follow-up while working closely with the assigned Territory Manager(s) to achieve territory objectives.
  • Train physicians, nurses, and support staff on assigned products per the Instructions for Use (IFU) and perform timely and accurate administrative tasks such as sales reports, expense management, forecasting and customer quoting.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and communicate market intelligence to the Marketing Manager.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • 2 years medical sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel and manage a multi-state territory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
