Designer

Hi, we're de[labs] - the core team behind DeGods and y00ts, and contributors to $DUST. We're focused on building tools, infrastructure, and resources to empower our growing online communities. As part of this mission, we're looking to hire a designer to work closely with the Chief Design Officer and other cross-functional teams to craft the vision for our brands.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Chief Design Officer to develop and maintain our brand guidelines, visual style, and design direction

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for web and mobile platforms

• Design and produce marketing collateral and social media media graphics

• Participate in user research and translate data insights into actionable design solutions

• Collaborate with other teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that design is implemented correctly

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design technologies, and integrate them into our design strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills

• Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch

• Strong understanding of design principles and color theory

• Passion for typography

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, and ability to communicate design concepts effectively
