We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who can drive results across multiple marketing channels and optimize our strategies for growth. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, and UX/UI, combined with hands-on experience in leveraging data for conversion rate optimization. As a key contributor, you will work closely with our Head of Growth Marketing and other teams, managing day-to-day tasks while also driving strategic initiatives. This role requires someone confident in leading campaigns, optimizing performance, and working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and interpret data to measure performance and inform decision-making. Experience with Quantitative and Qualitative research methods. Experience will tools like Mixpanel, GA-4, Microsoft Clarity, Tableau, Semrush, Survey Monkey, Typeform
- Performance Marketing: Oversee and optimize SEM, PPC, Display, and Programmatic campaigns to drive ROI and customer acquisition.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and other short-form content.
- Email Marketing: Develop, monitor and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Collaborate on UX/UI to improve conversion rates.Experience with CRO tools like VWO, Google Optimize, Optimizely, A/B Tasty Organic & Paid Social Media: Manage and optimize organic and paid social media strategies to grow audience and engagement.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO strategies focused on traffic generation and conversion optimization.
- Partner & Affiliate Marketing: Ability to manage relationships with partners, agencies, and affiliates to expand reach.
- Presentation & Branding: Create strong visual presentations and understand branding strategy.
- AI Tools: Leverage tools like ChatGPT and Dalle-3 to drive efficiency in copywriting, content development and more.
- Basic Web Design: Update wordpress posts using HTML and set email copy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with ad buying, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing campaigns.
- Growth Marketing: Execute growth strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experiennce in performance marketing (SEM, PPC, Programmatic) with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns
- Proficiency in email marketing tools, copywriting, and conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they relate to marketing
- Understanding of organic and paid social media strategies
- SEO experience, particularly in generating traffic that converts
- Strong visual presentation skills and experience working with branding/advertisement
- Basic web design knowledge (HTML/CSS).Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance marketing efficiency
- Experience in ad buying, budget management, and forecasting
- Self-starter able to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight
- Direct Sales Experience is a plus but not required Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Linear is a plus
