At Omega Systems, we thrive on collaboration and the growth of our employees and company.We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at managing dynamic and demanding environments.What You'll Do :• Customer Engagement : Proactively manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring outstanding satisfaction and strategically managing their business and technology needs.• Project Management : Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deliverables are met, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely resolution of escalated service issues.• Technical Consulting : Act as a trusted advisor, developing technology plans and budgets tailored to each client's business risks and goals.• Strategic Planning : Conduct regular reviews and strategic planning sessions to align technology solutions with customer goals, driving both customer retention and revenue growth.Ideal Candidate :• Education & Experience :• BA / BS Degree preferred;• Four or more years in a similar role• Skills :• Excellent documentation;• Passion for working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver world-class services;• Unmatched presentation, customer service, and relationship-building skills;• Ability to build relationships over the phone and face-to-face;• Ability to work independently and under deadline constraints;• Ability to create and convey technical material concisely and effectively;• Excellent grammar; written and oral communication skills;• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows Server, Storage, Hypervisors and Connectivity;• High-level knowledge of networks, protocols, wireless, and firewalls;• Ability to effectively review solutions for Backup, Disaster Recovery, Anti-Virus, and Security Standards (existing as well as emerging) with customers;• Experience with Remote Desktop Services and Virtual Desktop infrastructure; advantages and challenges;• Apprised of industry trends, recent technology news, and future technology solutions.• Attributes :• Positive attitude;• Coachable,• Problem-Solver;• Insightful;• Customer-Service Focused;• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.Omega Systems is an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
