We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at the TownePlace Suites, Wareham, MA.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel. With your engaging personality and passion for hospitality, you will collaborate closely with our General Manager to provide outstanding guest service and maintain the highest standards of excellence.

Located in Wareham, MA our TownePlace Suites offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. This is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including guest service, room availability, and cost controls
  • Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and help with performance evaluations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance Hospitality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to maintain a seamless operation
