Job Description

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to work on-site at our Garland, UT Distribution Center. The role’s primary responsibility is maintaining the grounds of six facilities; ensuring they stay in safe, healthy and attractive condition. This effort requires cutting lawns and hedges, coordinating tree trimming with vendors, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns, among other duties. The ideal candidate has great communication skills and experience with mowing and trimming equipment.

A day in the office looks like this:  

  • Ensuring grounds, walkways and green spaces are clear of debris  
  • Monitoring the health of all plants and areas of greenery  
  • Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of gardening and grounds equipment  
  • Cleaning outdoor eating areas  
  • Mowing or trimming as necessary; working with vendors to complete landscaping  
  • Snow removal and ground prep during winter months 
  • Paint/Touch up high traffic areas to maintain building appearance
