Lakeside Software is seeking a Customer Success & Delivery Architect to understand customer needs, develop strategies, and deliver technical solutions based on SysTrack to optimize IT initiatives and improve end-user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the initial deployment and adoption of SysTrack with a focus on customer’s priorities
  • Establishing and adhering to project guidelines, documenting interactions and key indicators of account health
  • Meeting customer retention goals as a team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally and other duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
