Customer Success Architect
Lakeside Software is seeking a Customer Success Architect to develop strategies, programs, and technical solutions based on SysTrack to improve customer IT initiatives and end-user experience. The role focuses on deploying SysTrack, maintaining customer engagement, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
