What You’ll Do

  • Incubate research ideas and turn them into practical applications for Lambda’s products.

  • Work with engineering and product teams to build AI-powered applications.

  • Focus on LLMs and agentic applications.

You 

  • A power user of AI applications with a strong sense of what makes them intuitive and effective.

  • Passionate about turning research into practical applications and pushing their capabilities further.

  • Have a strong track record of building and delivering in this space.

Nice to Have

  • Strong engineering skills in prototyping and system integration.

  • Experience with building multi-modal AI applications.

  • Familiarity with post-training techniques, model steering, or quantization.

  • Contributions to open-source projects.

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $225,000 - $375,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description. Compensation is also based on seniority, and this range encapsulates multiple levels within the role.
