Senior Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting Manager

Skills

Proven experience in financial reporting and technical accounting
Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Team management and project leadership experience

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Implement new accounting standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with auditors for audits and compliance
Analyze financial data for insights and improvement opportunities
Provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues
Support financial reporting initiatives in cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification
