Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks a Land Entitlement Manager to manage the land entitlement and permitting processes for our developments in our division located in Englewood, Colorado.

Qualifications

We seek highly motivated professionals with:

• A four-year degree in Land/Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or a Juris Doctor (JD) in Real Estate.
• A minimum of four years of experience managing complex project entitlement and permitting.
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies, driving and influencing the public decision-making process.
• Project Management skills to take projects from the feasibility stage through entitlement and engineering approvals.
• Experience working with land acquisition on pre-offer analysis.

The salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and a monthly auto, gas, and mobile device allowance.
