Lead Quality Assurance (LQA378)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and working closely with development teams to resolve them.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.- Identify, record, document, and track bugs.- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality is built into the development process.- Monitor and report on testing activities and outcomes.- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.- Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with performance and/or security testing.- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB).Benefits:- Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- Paid time off and holidays- Professional development opportunities- Flexible work hours and remote work options- starts from $90,000 yearly-USA only
