Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our procurement processes, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that LAND EXPRESSIONS obtains the best value for goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in procurement, and the ability to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

- Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual agreements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, savings, and market conditions to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.

- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Business, supply chain management, finance, or a similar discipline at the bachelor's degree level.

- Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of market trends and supplier

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
