Remote Chat Support Manager

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness.3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Train and onboard new chat support agents, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Proven experience managing a remote chat support team.3. Strong planning and organization skills.4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems.7.
