Intern (m/f/d) in UI/UX Design

In this position, you are an indispensable part of our product development. Your contribution is fundamental to our product's success. As a cross-functional team member, you will collaborate with fellow designers, product managers, and software engineers in the entire product life cycle - from research to follow-up. Your innovative and valuable solutions will be key to meeting the complex requirements of our B2B environment.

Your mission: 

You contribute to the design of a customer-centered UI/UX for our proprietary Web application, aiming to combine high usability with perfect functionality. You help create concepts, wireframes, interaction flows, assets, low/high fidelity interactive prototypes, onboarding experiences of new features, and expand our component library. You support our discovery and usability testing processes (planning, customer recruitment, interviews, analysis), aiming to understand our customers’ needs and iterate on solutions You work collaboratively with fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality UI/UX and defining the right solutions for customer needs. You see what went well or wrong and iterate fast to achieve desired results: Do, learn, and iterate fast.

• Student in UI/UX design, interaction design, media informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience with typical design and prototype tools, e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, etc. 
• Passion for UX design and a good understanding of basic principles of design and usability
• Fluent written and spoken capability in English and German
• You enjoy working on a complex product, being in an international setup, and being comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders 
• Motivated team player, looking for valuable exchange within the team 

• By 1 month: You’ve become knowledgeable of our product flows and main challenges. You contribute to the refinement of solutions and the creation of assets
• By 3 months: You’ve become an essential collaborator to the product life cycle.
