Job Description

You’ll have the opportunity to work on many unique projects from the ground up, execute your ideas, work across the Last Mile Operations department to gain exposure, and learn from your colleagues.

• Riders are at the forefront of our business: Work alongside VP of Last Mile ops to manage our last mile delivery fleet & build the best courier brand in the market
• Support & manage our rider-related equipment, e.g bikes, backpacks
• Help to organize and be part of the rider recruiting, management
• Close communication with local operations managers to continuously update and improve SOPs
• Definition and controlling of productivity and service level goals as well as ad-hoc analyses

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in university or recently finished your Bachelors Degree and you are eager to work in a challenging role in a fast paced startup
• Voluntary or mandatory internship for min. 3 months
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a complex, multi-faceted role
• This is a fast-moving industry, so you’ll need to be a quick thinker and ready to adapt quickly
