LastPass, a leader in password management, is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Data Science to lead their data science team and collaborate across various departments to enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in managing data science teams
Strong technical knowledge of Databricks and Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Lead the data science team and report to the Chief Product Officer
Deliver metrics, KPIs, and insights to support product improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineering
Define roles and responsibilities within the team
Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Master's degree preferred
