LastPass is looking for a Senior Director/Director, NA Channel Sales: 

The Sr. Director of NA Channel Sales plays a key role in driving LastPass' sales success. You will lead a national team of channel account managers, focusing on recruiting, engaging, and empowering partners aligned with our market goals. Success means building a network of top partners to rapidly expand product sales. 

The ideal individual has a track record in successfully managing regional/national reseller programs in the security industry.

Who will you work with? 

Reporting to the VP of Global Channel & Alliances, you will collaborate with business owners from Marketing, Product and cross functional teams as well as engage with channel partners to drive immediate impact and sustained rapid growth in selected markets. Work closely with the executive team and existing sales/marketing personnel to consistently exceed goals.  

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? 

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to sales rules of engagement. 
  • Provide insightful forecasting and analysis for existing and potential partners. 
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a dynamic channel account management team. 
  • Target and onboard partners strategically based on market opportunities. 
  • Anticipating partner needs with sharp thinking and understanding of business models. 
  • Excel in cross-functional influence, relationship-building, and project management. 
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills. 
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for efficient knowledge management. 
  • Monitor and ensure timely closure of partner deals in the sales pipeline. 
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, promotions, events, and alliances to boost sales. 
  • Drive impactful programs and events with channel marketing to expand relationships. 
  • Support partners through the sales process, addressing all product and transactional needs. 
  • Scale partner sales by enhancing Partner Programs for success in collaboration. 
  • Build relationships with partners at all levels, understanding market dynamics.  
  • Plan and execute effective quarterly business reviews with the Channel Account Manager team.

  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills for decision-making in complex situations.  
  • Has the desire and ability to travel as needed.  
  • Demonstrates leadership with a positive outlook in interactions.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, preferably Salesforce.com, and Clari. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $120,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $165,000 per year in our highest geographic market. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
